How do credits work?
Credits are used whenever image2slides processes an image into editable slide content. The exact cost depends on the conversion mode, the number of source images, and whether you request text-only or full element extraction. Your total is always shown before generation begins, so you can review the charge and change your settings before any credits are deducted.
When do credits expire?
Monthly subscription credits expire one calendar month after payment; annual subscription credits expire one calendar year after payment. Unused credits expire at that time. One-time purchases never expire. Credits expiring soonest are used first, followed by permanent credits.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Cancel automatic renewal in My subscriptions before buying another subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund your payment or immediately remove your remaining credits. Each credit batch keeps its original expiry date.
Are my uploaded images stored?
Generated PPTX records and download links are saved in My files. Source images and processing files may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Should I choose a subscription or a one-time credit pack?
Subscriptions suit regular use: monthly credits are granted with each monthly payment, and annual credits are granted together with each annual payment. One-time packs suit occasional use or top-ups, with no automatic renewal and no expiry.
